Data deletion

You can ask us to delete all data we hold about you, including messages received via Instagram, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp.

How to request

  1. Message us on WhatsApp +1 (321) 315-4581 or email info@bycarolinalima.com with the subject “Data deletion”.
  2. Tell us the username or phone number you used.
  3. We will confirm and delete the data within 30 days, and send you a confirmation.

If you used Facebook/Instagram login or messaging, you can also remove access under Settings › Apps and websites.
